Greetings!

Tomorrow ( 9/3) "Making Finger Cord – No Tools Required!" will be taught by Her Excellency BFS, Mistress Giraude. (weather permitting)

"Learn how to knit a sturdy, useful cord using just two strands of yarn and your fingers! The end result is very like lucet cord, but needs no lucet tool. Please bring some yarn to work with…two colors of something about the thickness of a spaghetti noodle. (I will be using Size 3 crochet cotton, but whatever yarn or string you might have on hand will work!)"

NEXT Wednesday (9/10) class at Arts & Sciences/Populous meet up: "Sitting Gate". Our Baronial Exchequer, Eawynn, will discuss Gate (event check-in) procedures. It isn’t as complicated as you may think! You do not need to have SCA membership to serve in this fun and important way.

7 PM, Antioch Park, Merriam, KS (sort of close to Shelter #2, but look for armored fighters and we will be nearby)
