"Greetings people of Calontir,
Our farmlands have been blessed with an abundance of rain and we expect another inch of rain tomorrow. While the forecast for Saturday is sunny and warm, our site is flooded. As a result, we have lost our site. We have looked at other options, but are not able to secure a swamp free location on short notice.
We are heartbroken, but we feel that we must cancel the event.
Our sincere apologies, Cts Katrine and the Shire of Amlethsmor."
