COVIDSafe Policy Begins Next Week

On November 17 you’ll need to bring your proof of vaccination with you to fighter practice/populace meeting. A picture of your vaccine card on your phone will do. You also need to bring your photo ID.

Or you can bring proof of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event. Parents of 12- to 17-year-olds need to provide proof for their kids; children under 12 years old do not need to provide proof of vaccination or test.

From the FAQ:

“Attendees without proof of vaccination must provide proof of a negative PCR test or a negative antigen test taken within 72 hours of the start of the activity.”

“Proof of negative COVID test must be issued from a licensed medical provider and presented in such paper form or electronic form that the event staff can verify its authenticity. Letterhead from a medical provider or an email address clearly identifying the medical provider as the sender of an electronic record shall constitute authentic proof.”
