As you may know, I'm fostering Sweet Boy Theo until he finds a home. (If you don't, here's his blog: theothebeagle.blogspot.com).    Homeward Trails, the rescue group with whom I volunteer, sends me list of dogs who are in need of foster homes all the time (there are cats too). The guys listed below are already in foster care and are looking for a temp home for a few days or week while their foster parents are out of town. He has a very "take charge" look about his face!  My name is General, and I'm a smart, gorgeous boy (that's what everyone tells me).  I'm also a loverboy and a lap dog, if you let me.  Trust me, I can melt your heart with my honey-almond eyes.  I love to run and play, and I get along with everyone - grown-ups, children, and dogs of all shapes and sizes too. My foster sister Chelsea is a huge Malamute, but I am so fast and agile that I can run circles around her! He's very friendly around people and loves attention. River is housetrained, crate trained, and walks great on a leash. He's a well behaved boy who has wonderful manners. He doesn't try to jump on furniture and can be left out of his crate without any problems. River is dog aggressive, so he shouldn't go to a foster home with other dogs. River needs a temporary foster from May 12 - 25.
