Dear Baros,

Sorry for the delay. I had had a lengthy telephone conversation withh Dr. Mekonen, the day before yesterday. There is a change @ UCONN on procurement procedure that cause a delay in supply of the equipments we request. Some of the equipments are already purchased. The remaining ones will be procure soon. Anyways, he will be coming next week and learn more from him.
