Praveen,

Attached is a sketch of the set up as I understood it based on our discussions last Sunday.  Please take a look and let me know if it is accurate.  Note that the positions of the tables is approximate in that I will ask that they be space optically aprat in the remainder of the Social Hall after the set up of the Dance area and the audience chairs.
