FYI ...
Hello Sanjay,
Thank you for letting us know about your religious services and time spent away from your homes.
I suggest the below items to help you protect your property:
- Keep a couple interior lights and a TV on in the house while your away
- If you have an alarm, use it. Set motion/door sensors prior to leaving
- If you have a neighbor who is “not” attending the service, I suggest you ask them to report any suspicious activity to the Sheriff’s Office (emergency # 911 or non-emergency # 703 777-1021)
- Secure any precious items / jewelry inside of a safe when they are not on your person
- Remain vigilant for suspicious subjects / vehicles in the area as you leave your residence
I have coordinated for extra patrols for your neighborhood.
Feel free to notify the Sheriff’s Office about any other significant Diwali services that take a large # of your community from their homes for extended periods of time.
Thank you, and have a good weekend.
Eric
Great! Thanks Sanjay.
