Hi Matt/anyone else who can spare 5 mins and knows something about these things,
Attached is my box design for my 4x4x4 led cube. Can you have a quick look to see if you can see any obvious errors please. I hope to have this ready for the laser cutter on Tuesday (fingers crossed we can get it going for vector files).
The prespex I have is 2mm thick as far as I can accurately measure.
I realise the "lid" is not perfectly square, Apparently I did not make the pcb square, as I had intended, its 2mm wider in one direction!
The pcb will form the floor of the box, but raised up to allow room for a battery box in the base underneith. The pcb has 4 m3 screw holes in the corners, and the 4 small shapes you see in the attachment are brackets that will (I hope) fit into the walls and the pcb will be screwed into them. I'm not sure what diameter I should make the holes in those brackets. The m3 screws should bite firmly into them without risking a fracture of the bracket.
Thanks!
Paul
