Hi all!
I just thought I would say hello before pitching up on Tuesday (19/04/2016). My wife showed me the facebook page for the group ages ago, but I had forgotten about it... sorry... I was re-introduced to the group by one of your current members. All being well I will be down this Tuesday, to have a look around and see whats going on. I may bring my current project down with me. Its giving me a bit of trouble, but I'm sure one of you guys can point me in the right direction.
Its nothing overly exciting... a wheeled robot that is controlled via WiFi. The robots micro-controller is an Arduino mega and I plan to use a Raspberry Pi to host a web page that will act as the control user interface.... I have sort of hit an issue in that I don't know how to get the webpage to send commands to the Arduino. My programming is very weak... not even padawan level wink emoticon
