Anyone got any MOSFET's spare with a low gate threshold voltage (below 2v)? I need to do some switching at low voltages and just realized the transistors I have are all 5v.
I need 4 minimum.

Those giant Vishay N-channel MOSFETs I used for my H-bridge say 3-5v threshold on the datasheets if thats any good but I would guess not. The resistance at such a low voltage would be quite high still at that voltage. Looks like your'e after something like a 2n7000 which typically have a threshold just over 2v. Wouldn't use them for switching a load as they have a fairly high RDS(on) compared with proper power transistors anyway.

Cheers Kev,
Went for some 2n700's in the end and they work perfectly. I'm only dealing with low voltage/current so they should fine for me.
