Lipo battery woes

Hi. My cute little adafruit usb lipo charger is refusing to charge my 3.7v lipo battery. I'm not sure where the problem lies - the charger or the battery or a combination of the two. Does anyone have a charger or battery I could use to try and find out? Please and thank you.

No worries. I forgot I had another battery and even another charger. Conclusion is that the charger is faulty.

I have a lipo charger I can bring down with me this tuesday?
