On behalf of Aramco Emirates, we are pleased to inform you that we are currently expanding our network of approved vendors, suppliers, service providers, and strategic business partners in support of our ongoing and upcoming operational, commercial, infrastructure, and development initiatives across the United Arab Emirates and the wider region.
As part of this vendor expansion and prequalification initiative, Aramco Emirates is seeking to engage with reputable companies across a broad range of industries, business sectors, and service categories. These may include, but are not limited to, construction, engineering, energy services, oil and gas support services, healthcare, information technology, facilities management, logistics, manufacturing, professional services, security, cleaning and maintenance services, food and beverage, retail, marketing, consultancy, manpower supply, technical services, and other related commercial and operational solutions.
We understand that your company may provide products and/or services that could align with our current and future procurement, operational, and project requirements. In order to facilitate an initial assessment and explore potential areas of collaboration, we kindly request that you provide the following information and documents for initial evaluation:
- Company profile
- Product and service portfolio
- Company registration documents and certifications, if applicable
- Any supporting documents demonstrating your company's capabilities, experience, and compliance standards
The information submitted will enable us to conduct a preliminary evaluation of your company's capabilities and determine its suitability for further engagement. Upon successful review, we may proceed with the issuance of our Vendor Prequalification Guide, registration documents, and any additional documentation required for formal consideration.
