Minor update to app icon display on Google Play SERVICE UPDATE Hello Google Play Developer, We are updating the corner radius for app icons on Google Play from 20% to 30%. This update will affect how your app icons are rendered on the Google Play Store. This update aligns with the new Google Material3 Expressive specifications. This change applies only to the app icons on Google Play but not to the in-app adaptive Android/Launcher icons. The update will take effect on March 31, 2026. Review guidelines If you don’t change anything, the new rounding will be automatically applied, but you can preview your icon in the Google Play Console to confirm if any adjustments are needed.
