I don’t know how to go about this, but I received a flat package. It was not open at the top where you would normally open it. The side looks like it had split open and the only thing inside was the packing slip. It appears 2 motor orders should have been inside. I’ve attached some pictures of the slip and the empty package. I’ve also attached a picture of

Could you please send the photos mentioned in the email trail so that I can follow up with the carrier?  

I would also need the order number so that I can locate your order.
