The Barleycorn Music Club Presents the “ii V I Jazz Jam Sessions” on the last Monday of the month, co mc’d by Giuliette Price and a Barleycorn Committee Member. 

The night will start off with a  house band and a featured artist - this Monday the featured artist is Marzia Barry. The evening will end with a carefully selected lineup of contemporary jazz artists. Come along for something different!

Marzia is a jazz singer based in Cape Town and she is currently in her 4th year studying Jazz Vocals at UCT. 

She has performed at various jazz festivals around the country including the Artscape Youth Jazz Festival in 2018 and 2019 and the Joy of Jazz Festival in Joburg in 2019 as part of the National Schools' big band. 

She enjoys sharing the music she loves with the rest of the world in the hope that others will be encouraged to share their art as well.
