MARTIN brings you our third show for this year. Come and enjoy some live, original music, a meal and a cold beer on tap.

Non members: R40
Members/Students/Pensioners: R30 on presentation of your member/student/ID card.
PLEASE NOTE: strict COVID protocols will be in place. Seating is limited and will be on a first come, first seated basis. Unfortunately no standing at the bar is allowed - all guests will need to be seated. You will be able to order your meals & drinks from the waitrons. We would like to encourage payment via credit card, Snapscan or Zapper. If paying cash please ensure that you have the correct amount so as to minimize the handling of cash.

MATT ROUX
Matt Roux is a seasoned entertainer on the Cape Town scene, having performed the length and breadth of the Western Cape over the past 12 years at all the major venues to thousands of people. He first frequented Barleycorn 30 years ago at the Constantia Nek venue as a budding young guitarist and is a previous winner of the annual Barleycorn songwriter’s competition. He’ll be performing heartfelt original songs from his album Square One.
DEREK LEISEGANG
An extremely talented and accomplished singer / songwriter, Derek has graced our stage many times and needs no introduction to regulars. For any new folk joining us, Derek’s songs tell epic stories of life and love – prepare to be entertained!
JAMIE JUPITER
Jamie Jupiter's eclectic sound is defined by his rich baritone voice, multi-genre guitar playing and use of interesting instruments such as the Ixilongwe(reed pipe) and his ever present blues harmonica's. He will be showcasing songs from numerous albums, most recent being "First Team Daydream".
Jamie will hopefully have CDs for sale!

The Barleycorn currently meets every Sunday at 18h00 at The Saggy Stone Pub & Restaurant, Villager FC, 11 Imam Haron Road (previously Lansdowne Road), Claremont.
Entrance is R30 for members and R40 for non-members.
A full bar and pub food kitchen are operational at the venue.
