HI PAM!  Coffee pot will be no problem even with coffee.  Something was said about each bringing their own BBQ  sause because of differant likes and flavors.  Also, hope no chicken will be bought B/4 that morning, for head count reasons. Charcoal can be donated by those that normally have or use it also.  We will also put in the "ladder ball" game that was setup last year.  My wife also said something about corn to grill over a campfire (will need headcount on that also).  More later as my old head thinks of it.  Good luck!  R & N

Hi Lauren i sent and email to your mom. But she is out of the office Carl is doing the planning. But looks like everything will fall on me. Corrie and Amanda are not camping. Kelly is not sure if she will have to work that weekend. Lauren my floor is open for your children and you can share my sofa with your mom. I think we will eat at 1:00Pm. everyone bring a dish to pass. Carl wants to BBQ chicken and have the family fund pay for the chicken. If someone else can bring grills that would be great. We will have plates and silverware. So no one has to bring that and take that home. We will have ice tea and lemonade. If anyone wants coffee Rich you have a big coffee maker that we could make coffee in please . I want to plan some games for the kids to do but will need help with that. Can we get a number for how many kids we will have there. Love to All Pam
