to Bare Your Souls
I'm including directions for the running routes that we will have available tomorrow for various skill levels / distance groups . The routes can also be combined to create longer or custom distances for folks. We'll identify paces & distances and combine into groups and try to stay together. I will have water and gatorade for folks at the beginning; please hydrate. Also, the gym and Church will be locked until ~08:30 -- so please make sure to use the bathroom before you arrive.
Routes:
WO&D loop is 5mi and on streets & paved trails - please use caution when crossing over Lawyers Rd.
Glencannon Park loop is 2mi and on a pretty paved nature trail
Ashlawn Park up-and-back is 2mi and on a dirt trail (can get muddy after storms)
St. Mark parking lot loop is 0.75mi and should be avoided too closely to Mass time/traffic
