REFER for a Third party

Hi all.
Does anyone know if it is possible to post a REFER in order to transfer a call that is currently between two other parties?
Here is the scenario:
Consider an IVR with 4 extensions (E1~E4) and a "slave" extension E0 for monitoring.

1 - Extension E0 shoots a SUBSCRIBE for all parties defined (E1E4, A1A4, G).
2 - Trunk "T" gets answered by IVR at extension "E1" Menu is presented, etc, and user presses 1.
3 - "E1" transfers to hunt group "G".
4 - "T" gets picked up by attendant "A1" that is available on group "G".
5 - "A1" blind transfers to IVR's "E2".
6 - "E2" presents the traditional 1~5 quality control menu. User chooses the desired option. Bye.

In step 5 we would like the attendant to press a button to transfer back to "E2" instead of dialing it manually.

We hava infos from the calls and extensions involved via SUBSCRIBE using extension E0.

Anyone know if this is even doable?
We've tried a bunch of combinations using REFERs to "T", "A1", with no luck.
