Hello,
i can no longer see any information about files when I look for job contents via the bconsole or the webui. In the logging I see the following error messages:
- Error message when accessing via the WebUI
...
03-Nov 01:08 bareos-dir JobId 0: Fatal error: cats/sql_list.cc:465 cats/sql_list.cc:465 query SELECT Time, LogText FROM Log WHERE Log.JobId=2359 ORDER BY Log.LogId  LIMIT 1000 OFFSET 0  failed:
FEHLER:  missing chunk number 0 for toast value 179668 in pg_toast_2619
...
- Error Message when accessing via the bconsole
...
Query failed: FEHLER:  missing chunk number 0 for toast value 180130 in pg_toast_2619
...
what could that be?
Greetings from Stefan Harbich

Hello,
i see that my database is broken. It's a good thing that I do a dump every day. Can I also access the database via the unix.sock using Bareos? If so, where do I have to enter what and how?

normally socket is used by default except in Debian/Ubuntu world, it seems that dbconfig create a catalog configuration that contain by default dbaddress = localhost which make libpq to use the tcp.

I've tried and if you remove that line from your catalog ressource libpq default to socket.
