Bareos does not schedule new jobs

Hello,

like the title says, the Bareos Director I'm running doesn't schedule
new jobs.

The last issued job was copying a Full Backup of the BackupCatalog to tape.
The job is shown as succeeded by the webui, but there is no summary in
the log (see below).

There is no Storage locked or in use.

Restarting the Director over and over doesn't seen to be the way to go.
