Full backup because of changing permissions

Got clients on Windows, very big amount of data (40Tb) copying on tape.
Some day we have to change permissions on all directories, so Bareos thinks, that we need to do full backup, but files doesn't change. How can I ignore permission changes and don't do full backup?
