Backup Jobs Failing after writing to Tape

Hi, anyone recognise this issue. Every time I try a backup job to tape, all the data is written but the job fails. I checked the logs and the sd.trace file contains this at the end 

It's like it fails to create a record on disk maybe. But the system has plenty of space

Hi Simon

it looks like your storage daemon has problems communicating with the director.  Which version are you running ?
If i remember correctly, this is fixed on newer versions.
