Quantum Scalar i3 Autochanger settings?

I have a Quantum Scalar i3 autochanger that just sits there when I try a backup.

I can use MTX to load and unload a tape but not sure where to modify the configuration  to  allow it to work without manual intervention.

[root]# cd storage/
[root]# ll
total 4
-rw-r--r-- 1 bareos bareos 40 Jan 31 11:55 storage.conf
[root]# cat storage.conf
Storage {
  Name = QuantumAutochanger
}
