Bareos 25.1.0 released

We are happy to announce maintenance and feature release 25.1.0[1]

New Features
------------
- Bareos 25.1.0 introduces a new WebUI based on Vue as a technology
preview [PR #2716[5]]
- You may now update a volume's encryption key for LTO encryption
using the update volume encrypt command [PR #2727[6]]

Fixed
-----
- When an improper database encoding is detected during startup, this
is now considered fatal [PR #2699[7]]
- A bug where a Runscript could be executed multiple times has been
fixed [PR #2723[8]]
- A bug where random crashes could occur after a configuration reload
has been fixed [PR #2728[9]]
- A problem with the Proxmox plugin where virtual machines could stall
has been addressed [PR #2734[10]]
