Bareos 25.0.3 released

We are happy to announce maintenance release 25.0.3[1]

- On Debian and Ubuntu you can now disable database dumps on schema
upgrades that are done by dbconfig [PR #2538[5]]
- Barri parameter names between plugin and cli are now the same [PR
#2570[6]]
- status subscription now calculates values based on the new price-
list [PR #2602[7]]
- Director configuration options File Retention and Job Retention for
Pool resources are now deprecated [PR #2573[8]]
- Director configuration option Write Verify List is now deprecated

- Bareos can now be built using GCC 16 [PR #2604[9]]

- The mariabackup plugin will no longer fail on invalid utf8 [PR
#2560[10]]
- Hyper-V plugin now correctly automerges AVHDX differencing disks
after RCT backup [PR #2596[11]]
- The read timeout in the Proxmox plugin was increased [PR #2545[12]]
- A bug in the Windows installer that broke substitutions in the
configuration files has been fixed [PR #2574[13]]
- A bug in the dedup backend that could lead to a leaking file-
descriptor has been fixed [PR #2549[14]]
- A previously missing lock in the volume manager has been added [PR
#2582[15]]
- A memory leak in the grpc filedaemon plugin was fixed [PR #2591[16]]
