consolidate job

I have always incremental running and the server being backed up is large. Once a month a full consolidate occurs. This lasts for about three days. My consolidate job runs every day. Unfortunately every time it runs it starts another instance of the full consolidate job.

Is there any way I can stop this happening? I don't want to stop duplicates because incremental jobs are running parallel over this period.
