Hello,

is it possible to check (older) volumes to see that they are not corrupted/encrypted (eg from a hack) and I can restore from it? Our volumes are stored on HDD.

thanks in advance,
best regards
Stefan

I'm curious about this too. I had trouble restoring a recent backup (see errors below), but the only solution I could think of was to actually restore (to nullfs https://github.com/abbbi/nullfsvfs).

BTW, with respect to the error restoring that we encountered, a Google shows a thread in which bad RAM is suspected, but none was found on the client or server. Further, making a fresh backup seems to work (much as in the thread where the problem comes and goes).
