Tape Labeling issue.

Hello Everyone

I have managed to attach the Tape library via NDMP and partially control the robot from my last issue.

 

However now it seems I have a configuration problem in accessing the Network Storage as I can see all the info on the Stored files and attached devices (Tape Drives and Robot) but when trying to label the Tapes with either label barcodes or update slots scan I get connection issues.

 

Label barcodes tells me it can’t find the volumes in the catalog.

And Update slots scan tells me it can not reach the storage daemon at {storage device FQDN}:1000. Even though the other mentioned connections work.

 

As the requests to show the attached devices works I believe this is not a password issue, but maybe I have missed a location where I have to enter it? I could not find anything.

I am trying to set up NDMP-2Way with a SAN Storage Network.
