Restore backup without director

for instance 
1 host - Bareos director
2 host Bareos-st 

 For example, host number one burned out -

 let's consider two situations 

1) we have a backup of the directory and the director's bareos database 
2) we do not have a backup of the directory and director's base 

 Host number two works without problems - how can I restore the necessary files from it?

There are several tools included with bareos that work with media.
https://docs.bareos.org/Appendix/BareosPrograms.html#volume-utility-commands

But.

They do have their own limitation (for example, you can't restore
encrypted files with bextract). And their usage is tricky.

So it's best to have your director backed up in some additional way that
permits quick disaster recovery.
