i have problem with bareos, i can not login webui and coming Error: Connection refused, director seems to be down or blocking our request. please help if any solution for this issue

Hello did you find a solution to this problem , please share the solution i have saerchded google found nothing i am on bareos 18.2 , using postgres 9.6 on Red hat enterprise 7.4
Your help would be greatly appreciated
