bareos-dir.conf parameters WildDir and WildFile only work with correct case sensitive syntax

Hi there,

i think i´ve found a bug, or at least "unwanted" Feature. I have spent days on troubleshooting this, just to find out that this seems to be a problem for Bareos :)

When you work with WildDir and WildFile excludes, it seems they do not work if you do not spell them right.

Example (this works):

WildFile = /var/log

Example (this does NOT work):

wildfile = /var/log



Same with WildDir / wilddir

I think bareos shouldnt be so strict on the syntax of parameters.
