HI All, 

Im new to  Bareos  , but i want to backup around 30TB of Data from VMware 

Does Bareos VMware Plugin support restore from VirtualFull jobs?

In our test:
- Real Full restore works.
- Incremental chain restore works when based on a real Full.
- VirtualFull creates successfully.
- VirtualFull restore fails with KeyError on the VMDK object.
- Catalog restoreobject rows exist for the real Full and Incremental jobs, but not for the VirtualFull job.

Is VirtualFull expected to copy plugin restoreobject rows for VMware jobs, or is VMware VirtualFull unsupported?

i dont really want to be doing full backups every month if i can help it

I've successfully restored only FULL vmdks. A FULL+DIFF/INC cause filesystem corruption error, sometime after hours of restored server work.

I am not talking about Virtual at all.

Also, my restores were done on previous bareos versions.
