Heads-up: we're going to branch Bareos 25

Hi List,

we're finally going to branch Bareos 25 later this week (or maybe next
week)!

If you are a consumer of the current-repository, please note that it
will switch to Bareos 25 when the branching has happened. Even before
the release of the first stable Bareos 25.

Upgrading should be pretty seamless. A quick update_bareos_tables /
grant_bareos_privileges as described in the documentation's "Updating
and upgrading Bareos" chapter[1] will be required when upgrading a
Bareos Director.
