Hello,

I am running bareos-storage-glusterfs-17.2.7-12.4.x86_64 on a Centos 7, and after upgrading my gluster to glusterfs-server-6.6-1.el7.x86_64, my backups stopped.

I am now getting this error:

09-Dec 12:16 bareos-sd: Fatal Error at gfapi_device.c:415 because:
gfapi_device.c:414 Unable to initialize Gluster for volumename storage02.
09-Dec 12:16 bareos-sd: Fatal Error at gfapi_device.c:415 because:
gfapi_device.c:414 Unable to initialize Gluster for volumename storage02.

My gluster configs are:

Volume Name: storage02
Type: Distribute
Volume ID: 1660b60b-3e1d-42ac-847e-baa46fff8311
Status: Started
Snapshot Count: 0
Number of Bricks: 2
Transport-type: tcp
Bricks:
Brick1: vsan01.net.xpto:/iscsi/1/bricks
Brick1: vsan02.net.xpto:/iscsi/1/bricks
Options Reconfigured:
client.bind-insecure: on
server.allow-insecure: on
transport.address-family: inet
nfs.disable: on
cluster.server-quorum-ratio: 51%

The bareos-sd configs are:

Device {
  Name = GlusterStorage
  Description = "Storage device using a Gluster backend."
  Device Options = "uri=gluster://172.16.0.181/storage02/backups"
  Archive Device = "Gluster Device"
  Device Type = gfapi
  Media Type = GlusterFile
  Label Media = yes
  Random Access = yes
  Automatic Mount = yes
  Removable Media = no
  Always Open = no
}

I can form the operating system do a mount -t glusterfs vsan01.net.xpto:storage01 without any issues.
What am i missing here?

Can you help please?

Thanks.
Nuno
