How to check what jobs does the volume file have

I have the following settings in a pool, and I want to check in which volume my job backups are located, as you can see I aiming to have 7 backups in one volume, therefore by having 7 backups taken per week I would like them to be all in one volume, however I want to find a way to check the content inside a volume. Any tips or advices are appreciated
