You may wish to investigate the mime-type settings on the download site:
for ".deb" files, the mime type of the download is set as
"application/x-troff-man"

thanks for the notification, it's fixed now.
The correct mime type as of https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types
is application/vnd.debian.binary-package which is now set in the content-type header.
