many double FULL backup at big data for backup

I try backup big data by this schedule rule:

1. After setup backup rules - I start backup manually. Job says, that "no previous full backup - do the full backup". It begin doing.
2. At next day previously started job continue doing (many data for backup).
3. But by schedule - job start again and it is says, that: "no previous full backup - do the full backup". And do full backup again :-(
4. I see this before - with bacula: they do many full backup, then many backup stay in "waiting" state and backup system go to freeze state - do not do backups, enqueue was big and it is very bad.

I think job must do not start if previous such job is working. How I can do this? Or it is impossible in current code? (I am use 18.2.5 version of bareos).
