About Block-level File-system Deduplication with Aligned Volumes

Dear Bareos Guys,

I have noticed that Bacula announed:

Block-level File-system Deduplication with Aligned Volumes Tutorial (Bacula 9.0.8 and above)

From the bacula-9.6.3 source, there are a new storage backend "aligned_dev", soure files:

  aligned_dev.c

  aligned_dev.h

  aligned_read.c

  aligned_write.c

But the c files have no source code in them.

I just wonder whether Bareos is planning to implement it or has already worked on it.
