theme selection

Hiya, I'm new to forum. I'm curious to know how exchange themes are selected. I hope to sign up for exchange 101 but theme is currently listed as TBD. Thanks. E.O. Dean

Usually we request recommendations. Sometimes a consensus develops. Sometimes we just pick one we like. It’s all pretty informal until the exchange details are posted. It’s just a few of us who manage this stuff.
