Possobility to virtualized bare metal

I am new to xen virtualization and hypervisors in general. After some
searching and attempting to find some answers.

Would it be possible to create a guest OS image for BareMetalOS and
use it for instance in a VPS host?

Yes, this should be possible. I have already virtualized BareMetal OS under VirtualBox and VMware.
