The Artful Sailor will host artist Beverly McNeil and her nature photography.
A convivial gathering to celebrate the arrival of Spring with The Artful Sailor and featured artist, Beverly McNeil. Amidst “Essences of Nature” and smells of maritime tradition, enjoy vernal refreshments and the soothing guitar music of Clayton Watson.
A resident of Port Townsend since 2006, Beverly McNeil, works as Essence of Nature Photography. Self-taught, Beverly began to focus on solo hiking and nature photography in her 40's. She does not photograph any subjects in captivity and loves to engage people by sharing her passion and stories. What one sees in her photographs is what Beverly saw through her camera lens. Her display at The Artful Sailor’s April Art Walk Exhibit will be mostly seashore images and her favorite subject, birds.
Beverly McNeil is a permanent artist member at the Port Townsend Gallery on Water Street and her husband, Edward Robeau, is an avid, artful sailor.
The Artful Sailor is located at 410 Washington Street by the Skate Park.
