Allow beautiful crystalline sounds to gently reset your nervous system and tune your biofield and body systems at a cellular level~dissolving blocks, lifting your mood, and guiding you back to your natural state of health, harmony, and peace. 

Please bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, (whatever items to help you build a cozy nest on the floor.) Bring a water bottle as well.
