Finding Our Footing in the Company of Horses
An eight-week grief circle begins September 9 at Heron Hill Equine in Port Townsend. Led by Rev. Pandora Canton, M.Div., B.C.C., a board-certified chaplain and bereavement counselor, the series addresses the grieving brain and body, the loss of self in caregiving, and practices for moving forward — in the quiet company of two horses.
Participants receive a workbook/binder to house written and created materials provided each week as a personal artifact of their journey.
Wednesdays, 1:00–2:30 p.m., September 9 through October 28. $360 for the series. Closed group, limited to nine.
