Community Past Life Regression
Join us for a guided group experience designed to explore the deeper layers of the subconscious mind through relaxation and visualization. Past Life Regression invites participants into a calm, meditative state—similar to guided hypnosis—where memories, images, emotions, or symbolic impressions may naturally arise.
During the session, you will be gently guided into a relaxed and receptive state and invited to observe whatever comes forward. Some people experience vivid scenes or story-like memories, while others notice subtle feelings, symbols, or intuitive impressions. Every experience is unique, and there is no right or wrong way for it to unfold.
What to Bring
A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion to create a comfortable “nest”.
A journal and pen
Water or tea
Comfortable clothing for relaxing and lying down
Participants are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and create a cozy space for themselves.
Registration: Not required.
Suggested Donation: $20–$40 at the door (cash or Venmo)
