Dear Friends
Spring is sprung, and so, it seems, is Vanessa Starr, a Paris resident making her Hungarian debut at the next Bardroom!
In preemptive political self exile in Paris, Vanessa Starr can usually be seen seven nights a week performing in her exclusive apartment to a crowd of one. She has been known to disgrace the stage of the Pranzo Gymnase, or Spoken Word Paris as well as essentially soothing the racial tensions of France and solving the EU budget crisis. For her Hunagrian debut, exclusively with us, she looks forward to receiving a warm Magyar welcome from her soon to be adoring fans
Please join us at Nyitott Műhely for a full evening program with Vanessa and additional guests this Sunday, 29 April 2012 from 7:00 pm.
As always at this month’s Bardroom we will host a spontaneous poetry contest, as well as quiz questions, prizes and more!
Open mic slots are also available. If you wish to read please contact us and then show up at least a half hour in advance to confirm your slot.
Nyitott Műhely is at Ráth György u. 4., just around the corner from Déli railway station. For more information call: (+36 1) 21 40 676.
We are asking a 500 forint admission fee, from which guests are entitled to a great hot mug of one of Laci’s incredible specialty teas! In this way it’s still practically free to attend -- we are just assuring our host this way that we appreciate his wonderful teahouse hospitality. Additional café fare is also available.
Thanks and we hope to see you there!
Andrew
