Biswajit Bardalai
Don't know if you received a message when I created the google group Bardalai and added your email addresses. I'm undecided about the name Bardalai or Bardalais. Let's vote on it. In any case I've created Bardalais as well but haven't added any members.

The main benefit of this group is easy email communication between the members. If you send an email to bard...@googlegroups.com - all the members will receive it. If anyone then replies to your email, again all the members will receive it. Thus it works like a discussion platform. The website above will retain a copy of all the emails sent between the members.
