Let's Make UCF's New Arena Cruelty-Free!

What? President's Advisory Meeting / BARC Demo
When? Monday, September 17th
11:00am - 2:00pm
Where? Outside Millican Hall

Tomorrow is a day of action at UCF! President Hitt and several other key administrators are having a meeting to discuss a policy that would ban the use of entertainment animals on campus, putting an end to one of the biggest animal cruelty issues on campus--the Shrine Circus.

Please come out to join BARC and other community groups as we encourage UCF to pass this policy. We'll be outside of Millican Hall starting around 11am with signs to show our support, so stop by anytime during the scheduled meeting and help us make this happen! Be part of one of the most important animal welfare campaigns on campus that we all have worked so hard to win!

It is also important that the president hear from as many people as possible before the meeting so he is aware of our concerns going into it. Please contact President Hitt and urge him to only allow animal-free circuses at the new arena. Consider not only contacting him via e-mail, but take 30 seconds to make a call to the president's office as well. Ask your friends and family to do the same.
