Hi Everyone--
To make sure there is no duplicated effort or people left out who
shouldn't be, I wanted to make sure the people on this list know there
is already a "BarcampDC" group, with 55 members:

They've even been successfully organizing a monthly gathering (as
"DemoCamp").

I think we should really work towards consolidating them. I was going
to blog about the barcamp dc effort but quickly got confused as to
what is what.
I would still like to post something about the initiative and the
upcoming event, after I get a grip on the two efforts..
