Video archival

I am not sure if this has been covered, but are we going to videotape
the meeting and archive it? It will be a valuable asset of the group
and the future to come.

That is a good idea. We will be able to get *some* video equipment...
(worst-case: somebody's digital photo-cam on a tripod doubles up as
video camera). I'll work on getting more professional video equipment.

SOC does rent this stuff out right?

Hey Chandra,

I'm not sure if SOC has it but i'm pretty sure you can borrow cameras and stuff from some media lab in FASS. Might want to check with gwen (SV8) cos I think she was the one who borrowed it for our project previously.
